(OTC Markets GroupOTCQB: UVIC) (TSX Venture Exchange: UVI) Board of Directors today declared the 26th consecutive quarterly cash dividend, payable February 22, 2013 at $0.045 per common share to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 12, 2013.
