UniFirst Named "Best of the Best" for its Diverse, Inclusive Workforce

In naming UniFirst as being "Best of the Best," the magazine surveyed more than 18,000 of its readers, asking them to nominate a company which exemplified a "firm commitment to diversity and inclusion in its workforce."
The survey results also included "outside research, information gathering and interviewing," according to the Journal's editors. Others selected as "Best of the Best" included: Campbell Soup Company, Ernst & Young, Home Depot, IBM, and Staples.
