NORTHBROOK, Il. and WATFORD, England, Dec. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) are notifying distributors, contractors, regulatory agencies, building owners and authorities having jurisdiction that the fire sprinklers identified below bear unauthorized UL and LPCB Certification Marks. The Fire Sprinklers have not been evaluated by UL or LPCB to the appropriate Standards for Safety and it is unknown if these Fire Sprinklers comply with any safety requirements.
