This Mason-Dixon Wine Trail signature event gives participants the opportunity to sample freshly-pressed wines from the 2012 harvest at all 23 wineries located on the Mason-Dixon Wine Trail over the course of two weekends – November 10-11 and November 17-18.
"The Wine Just off the Vine event gives our visitors unique opportunities to learn about what happens from harvest to bottling," said Anne Druck, president of the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau. "In addition to exclusive tastings, our visitors also have the chance to interact directly with the winemakers, as well as enjoy special events and tours."
Visitors can also expand their Mason-Dixon Wine Trail experience by participating in the Winemaker Dinner Series, which will feature wine pairings with local cuisine from area restaurants. Vintners will be on hand during each dinner to answer questions and explain why each wine was selected.
