UMH Properties, Inc. Honored With Manufactured Housing Institute's Land-Lease Community of the Year Award and Interior Design Award
FREEHOLD, N.J., May 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- UMH Properties, Inc. (NYSE: UMH) is pleased to announce that on May 7, 2019, for the fourth consecutive year, UMH received Manufactured Housing Institute's Land-Lease Community of the Year Award. The 2019 Land-Lease Community of the Year Award was presented to Memphis Blues, located in Memphis, Tennessee. This 39 site all-age community is the first all-rental community in the industry. Memphis Blues is a gated community with numerous amenities including a clubhouse, playground, business center, outdoor patio, and dog park. Once fully developed, the community will contain approximately 144 homesites.
In addition, on May 7, 2019, UMH received the 2019 Interior Design Award for The Pharlap Sales Model located at the UMH Sales Center in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. To enhance sales, UMH has opened numerous sales centers staffed with qualified sales professionals to assist customers with their manufactured or modular home purchase. Touring these beautifully staged model homes allows potential homebuyers to make their vision a reality.
