UL Warns of Potentially Hazardous Battery Pack and Battery Charger with Counterfeit UL Marks

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The following is a notification from UL to consumers and retailers that 1) the Battery Pack identified below bears a counterfeit UL Mark for the United States and 2) the Battery Charger identified below bears a counterfeit UL Mark for the United States and Canada.  Neither the Battery Pack nor the Battery Charger comply with UL's safety requirements and may pose a fire or shock hazard.
