Although these adaptors are very similar to ones that are authorized to bear the UL Mark, these AC adaptors have not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate Standards for Safety for the United States and Canada, and are not authorized to bear the UL Mark. It is unknown if these AC adaptors comply with the United States or Canadian safety requirements. The adaptors are typically used to power lap top computers and similar equipment.
