NORTHBROOK, Ill., Sept. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- UL and ULC are notifying distributors, contractors, fire departments, regulatory agencies, and authorities having jurisdiction that the Fire Sprinkler Pipe Hangers identified below bears a counterfeit UL and ULC Certification Mark. The Fire Sprinkler Pipe Hanger has not been evaluated by UL or ULC to the appropriate Standards for Safety and it is unknown if the Fire Sprinkler complies with any safety requirements.
