CHICAGO, July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- UHC announces the appointment of Dan O'Brien as vice president of finance. O'Brien will manage all of UHC's finance-related activities, including the development and monitoring of UHC's strategic financial objectives.

Prior to joining UHC as controller in 2002, O'Brien was a senior audit manager at Ernst & Young. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant.
