UEI College in San Marcos Holds Grand Re-Opening Event: Originally Cancelled Due to San Diego Fires

SAN MARCOS, Calif., June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday, June 5th, 2014 at 3:00PM, UEI College in San Marcos will hold a celebration for its grand re-opening.  The event was originally scheduled for May 16^th but was postponed due to fires and an evacuation of the school.

"We are grateful to the fire fighters who have worked diligently to protect our community," said Eric Rodriguez, Campus President. "It is because of them that we are able to hold this event."

UEI College in San Marcos offers career training in business office administration, criminal justice, computer systems technology and dental assisting. It is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training (ACCET).

"We are committed to changing lives by preparing our students for employment in their chosen field of study," said Rodriguez. "We want to be the beacon within the San Marcos community by empowering individuals to positively contribute to society."

The event will feature special guests, refreshments, prizes and a ribbon cutting ceremony. Proceedings will take place on the campus at 2085 Montiel Road, Suite 101 in San Marcos. The event is free and open to the public. For a campus tour, arrive at 2:00PM. Guests of all ages are welcome!
