STOCKTON, Calif., April 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 12:00PM, UEI College and Relay for Life will host a fundraiser and car show at the UEI College campus.

The event, "Car Show for a Cause" will feature a classic car contest, food trucks and snow cones. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take a campus tour and learn about career training opportunities with UEI College in the fields of business, healthcare and computer systems. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. Monetary donations to Relay for Life are also encouraged.

Relay for Life began in 1985 when Dr. Gordy Klatt raised $27,000 for the American Cancer Society after walking and running for 24 hours around a track in Tacoma, Washington. Since then, Relay for Life has raised nearly $5 billion to fight cancer.
