The curriculum for "Project Stakeholder Management" reflects the global standards of the Project Management Institute's, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) – 5th Edition. The course will provide participants with insight on how to manage stakeholder expectations and offer tips and techniques that will help projects run more efficiently. This online course will run from Oct. 21 through Nov. 24.
