UC Hub Group Engages Accounting and Auditing Firms

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- UC Hub Group (Pink Sheets: UCHB) announced today that the company has appointed DBBMckennon as the company's accounting and internal audit firm.  In addition, the company has signed Silberstein Ungar as their external SEC Auditing firm. 

DBBMckennon is a full-service, Certified Public Accounting firm, established to provide tax, attestation and consulting services to individuals and businesses through their offices located in Southern California. DBBMckennon will help to effectively organize the company's accounting and reporting systems and oversee the financial development of UC Hub as well as its three new subsidiaries; Warever Solutions, Missouri River Holdings, and Dharti Oil.  One of the main accounting tasks will be the set up and administration of the sales of precious stones that have been mined and are sold through the Missouri River Holdings subsidiary.
