UBM TechWeb's HDI Recognizes Michael Yon of the Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union as the 2010 Analyst of the Year
Award Highlights the Excellent Work of Analysts on the Support Center's Front Line

The award was presented at the 2010 HDI World Conference on Technical Service and Support which was held recently in Orlando, FL.
This annual award, sponsored by Robert Half Technology, recognizes the best technical support analysts from HDI North American Local Chapters. The award highlights the excellent work of analysts on the support center's front line – those who are generally a customer's first point of contact, either via phone or the Web. Nominees are judged on criteria such as performance, quality of work, team orientation, ethics, technical aptitude, problem solving skills and leadership.
Yon, who represents the HDI First Coast Jacksonville, FL Local Chapter and the Southeast Region, was selected from six finalists representing each of the HDI local chapter regions. Yon provides technical support and customer service to Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union's corporate headquarters in Tallahassee, FL as well as remote services to the Jacksonville, FL office and member credit unions throughout the Southeast. Yon has been a part of Southeast Corporate Federal Credit Union's technical team since he began his career in 2003. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified Professional and is an HDI Certified Desktop Support Technician.
