Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. Announces $4M Series B Financing
Financing to be Used to Support Global Expansion
NEW YORK, Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ubiquity Global Services, a business process outsourcing organization, today announced it has raised more than $4 million in a Series B funding round from existing investors.
The Series B financing was led by the Pritzker/Vlock Family Office, an existing investor. The capital will be used to expand Ubiquity's global footprint, to make additional investments in the development of its proprietary technology and to scale operations to keep pace with the exceptional growth and customer demand the company has experienced since its founding in 2012. Elon Boms will join the Board as a representative from Pritzker/Vlock.
