ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., July 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation has announced Christopher Carmichael has joined the Board of Directors and has been appointed as Chairman and CEO.
Founder and patent inventor Chris Carmichael replaced Gregory Crotty, after his untimely death in 2009. Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation's (UBC) former Chairman and CEO Chuck Levine said in 2007, "Ubiquity is leading the wave of the next generation of broadcast services that will be ubiquitous in the marketplace, and promises tremendous growth. This highly innovative platform will blow away anything that exists today." Charles Levine left Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation in late September of 2007. Mr. Levine was replaced by Mr. Crotty. Christopher Carmichael now assumes the role of Chairman and CEO, bringing with him his years of experience and creative vision in internet technology and intellectual property.
