Ubiquity Announces Soft Launch of Gift Sender App on iTunes and Google Play Stores

IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ubiquity, Inc. (OTCBB: UBIQ) ("Ubiquity" or the "Company"), a technology development and licensing company, is pleased to announce today the soft launch of Gift Sender, a digital gift card solution. The product is available to consumers for download via the iTunes and Google Play stores.

"Our core focus over the past year has been building our software development team and developing a suite of products that can be released to our prospective clients and that have been stressed tested and engineered to tie into our Sprocket Server architecture."

Gift Sender is designed to be used by larger retail organizations and brands looking for a customized or white labeled digital gift card solution. Gift Sender currently offers a wide selection of brand name gift cards in a simple to use interface and connects to consumers' social media profiles. The revenue for the product will mostly be recognized via corporate licenses and white label solutions that Ubiquity will announce in 2015.

Ubiquity received Gift Sender as part of an acquisition the company announced in 2013. The company initially targeted launching the product earlier this year, but delayed the release after the selling party failed to deliver a complete set of functioning code. Ubiquity rebuilt the application utilizing the same platform as Sprocket, which is set for a 2015 release.

The Sprocket platform is the core platform for all of Ubiquity's current and future products. The platform provides a robust data and analytics software engine that is capable of gathering and analyzing data from a multitude of inputs, including any type of application or user generated data input.
