Residential Building Continues the Redevelopment Trend in the Area - 915 Dawson Street Offers 29 Apartments, Parking, and Various Amenities
NEW YORK, July 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- UA Builders Group, a privately held national construction firm headquartered in NYC, announced today it has broken ground on Propco Holdings' latest development project located at 915 Dawson Street in The Bronx.
The 23,301 SF residential complex will add 29 apartments to the Bronx neighborhood. In addition to parking space and ample indoor bicycle storage, the eight-story building will house a fitness center and recreation area. The building is in the southern half of The Bronx, two miles from iconic Yankee Stadium, and the building's Dawson Street location runs adjacent to the large Rainey Park public space.
