U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs Cyber Security Executive Moves to Cloud and Virtualization Company Accelera Solutions

FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Don Sheehan, Director of Business Continuity at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), has taken his experience and expertise to the private sector. Mr. Sheehan left the VA to assume the position of Vice President of Cybersecurity Solutions at Accelera Solutions, a Fairfax, VA cloud and virtualization company with over 10 years of success serving government and commercial customers. Mr. Sheehan has been with the VA Office of Information Security since 2003, and he was credited with leading the agency's response to Hurricanes Katrina and Sandy.
