WAUKESHA, Wis., May 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul is now serving do-it-yourself movers and self-storage customers at two new locations in Greater Milwaukee.
U-Haul Storage of Sunset Heights at 1450 S. West Ave. in Waukesha and U-Haul Storage of Menomonee Falls at N58 W15500 Shawn Circle in Menomonee Falls are open and offering self-storage options and moving supplies.
"We are very excited to be a part of this acquisition," said Mike Schneider, U-Haul Company of South Eastern Wisconsin president. "There is a big demand for U-Haul products and services in Menomonee Falls and Waukesha. We are committed to listening to our customers and offering what they need. This is what makes U-Haul successful."
U-Haul Storage of Sunset Heights has 582 self-storage units and U-Haul Storage of Menomonee Falls offers 449 units. Additional rooms are being built and, once renovations are done, there will be a combined 1,545 units.
Both facilities offer climate-control options, state-of-the-art security features, electronic 24/7 access and more. The two properties were formerly The Vault Self-Storage locations and were acquired by U-Haul on April 20.
"We were able to immediately begin offering a variety of self-storage options," Schneider said. "We also have unique services including wine storage, safe deposit boxes and weapons storage. These two communities expect top-notch products and services, and we intend to exceed those expectations."
