PHOENIX, Sept. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul has put its corporate sustainability practices to use by renovating a former Allstate Self Storage facility for a full-service U-Haul store serving the Paradise Valley community.
U-Haul Moving & Storage of Paradise Valley at 4110 E. Bell Road is situated one block east of Highway 51 next to Paradise Valley High School. Since opening in February, the facility has been offering truck and trailer rentals, self-storage, moving supplies, towing equipment, U-Box portable moving and self-storage containers, boxes and more.
The 94,010-square-foot property features 485 interior, climate-controlled self-storage units and an additional 315 drive-up outdoor units. There also are 20 RV, vehicle and boat storage spaces. When renovations are completed, each storage unit will be individually alarmed for security.
"I'm excited to provide this community with a top-of-the-line facility for all their moving and self-storage needs," U-Haul Company of Northern Arizona president Matthew Nunn said. "Having this store available will provide assurance to our customers that their belongings will be safe and secure."
