Tyco International to Host 2011 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, Feb. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC) will host its 2011 Annual General Meeting of shareholders on March 9, 2011 at the Park Hyatt Zurich Hotel, Beethoven-Strasse 21, 8002 in Zurich, Switzerland.   The Annual General Meeting will begin at 3:00 p.m. Central European Time.  During the meeting, shareholders will vote on the proposals previously published in the Invitation to the Annual General Meeting and contained in materials first sent to shareholders on or about January 20, 2011.
