The auction's high bidder was able to choose his favorite of the two properties and selected Splendida Dimora, located at 2460 South Highway A1A. With a total price of $10,175,000, the closing of Splendida Dimora represents the highest residential sale in Vero Beach in over three years, according to French. Sandy Lane, located next door at 2470 South Highway A1A, sold shortly after the auction to one of the other bidders.
