Two Supreme Court Clerks Join Boies, Schiller & Flexner
WASHINGTON, Feb. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Boies, Schiller & Flexner has hired two recent Supreme Court Clerks, Ryan Park and Greg Dubinsky, as Associates at the Firm's Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Park and Mr. Dubinsky bring exceptional professional and academic track records to the firm's global work.

Mr. Park and Mr. Dubinsky are already participating in the firm's highest-profile litigation and regulatory work, including trial, appellate, and strategic counseling matters.
Mr. Park joined the firm in November of 2014. From 2013 to 2014, he served as a law clerk to Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and to retired Justice David Souter. Previously, Mr. Park clerked for Chief Judge Robert Katzmann on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Jed Rakoff on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Park has previously worked for the Department of State's Office of the Legal Adviser, the Department of Defense's Office of the General Counsel, and the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division, as well as the Human Rights Law Network in Delhi, India, and the Documentation Center of Cambodia in Phnom Penh. He graduated summa cum laude from Harvard Law School, following a Fulbright Fellowship in Gwangju, South Korea, and with distinction from Amherst College, where he studied Economics and Political Science and was President of the student government.
Mr. Dubinsky joined Boies, Schiller and Flexner in December of 2014, following a clerkship with Justice Anthony M. Kennedy. Before his Supreme Court clerkship, he clerked for Judge Brett Kavanaugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and Judge Gary Feinerman of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Dubinsky is a graduate of Yale Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Yale Law Journal and Articles Editor of the Yale Journal of International Law, and worked as student director at the Yale Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic. As part of his work with the Clinic, Mr. Dubinsky helped write several merits and certiorari briefs before the Supreme Court. While in law school, he spent a summer in Kosovo working for the legal unit of the International Civilian Office, a joint United States-European Union organization that oversaw Kosovo's democratic development. From 2007 to 2008, before starting at Yale Law, Mr. Dubinsky worked as a junior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He received his bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University, where he was editor-in-chief of the student newspaper.
