Two Commercial Properties Set to Sell at Auction

BESSEMER, Ala., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Target Auction Company of Gadsden, Alabama, announces the September 27th auction sale of two prime commercial sites, one absolute, one with low a published reserve, both in high visibility locations with high traffic counts.
The first property will conclude its online bidding with a simultaneous live auction at 10:00 a.m., selling to the highest bidder at or above $600,000. Located at 5060 Academy Lane, Bessemer, Alabama, this 4,860± sq. ft. free-standing restaurant building is less than a mile from the Amazon Fulfillment Center.

The Bessemer property will be auctioned live and online; the Demopolis property will be auctioned only online with bidding on both ending on September 27th.
