Trevor M. Sava, Associate

Sava is knowledgeable about all aspects of corporate, partnership and limited liability company transactions. He has experience in the structuring, negotiating and executing of all types of mergers, strategic acquisitions and leveraged buyouts of private middle market companies in the U.S. and abroad for clients ranging from small private equity firms to large multinational companies. Sava also counsels clients in a wide variety of general corporate matters, including business entity and choice formation and the negotiation and execution of various transactions, such as debt and loan financing, corporate governance, supply and distribution, employment, commercial leasing, and intellectual property licensing.

Wiedemann received a J.D. in 2007 from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in 2003 (summa cum laude) from the University of Baltimore.
