Twitter Names The Hill One Of 'Top Tweeted News Outlets' For 2017

The "Year on Twitter", an annual overview by the social media platform across a host of categories, saw The Hill take the #6 spot for 2017, surpassing NBC, ABC, Politico and The Associated Press. Additionally, The Hill's media reporter, Joe Concha, was noted as the Top Tweeted Journalist/Commentator for The Hill.
In October 2017, The Hill was also the #1 mobile site in U.S. uniques in politics, according to comScore Mobile Media Metrix. (Based on News/Information – Politics Category). This places The Hill, the largest independent political site, in mobile ahead of CNN Politics and Fox News Politics, and gives the brand a #2 ranking overall across mobile and desktop.
