Twistlock Announces Record Growth in 2018; Expands Leadership Team with New Executive Hires
Cloud Native Security company grew 250 percent in 2018, now protects eight of top 10 Fortune 500 companies
PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 27, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Twistlock, the leader in container and cloud native security, today announced record 2018 performance. From January 2018 to December 2018, both year-over-year sales and total customer base of its cloud native security platform grew upwards of 250 percent.
The company also announced two strategic hires. Meghan Marks has joined the Twistlock leadership team as vice president of marketing. Marks will oversee global go-to-market activities as Twistlock continues to accelerate its worldwide growth in 2019 and beyond. Prior to joining Twistlock, Marks headed global demand marketing at Puppet, where she maintained a multi-year record of exceeding marketing targets and was recognized as one of CRN's 2018 "Women of the Channel" for her expansion of Puppet's indirect revenue programs. Before Puppet, she held senior marketing roles at Siemens and Serena Software.

Rob Finn joins as vice president of International Sales and will be focused on leading International sales efforts (EMEA, APAC) and team. He will be based in in London. Finn was most recently was the vice president of EMEA Sales at Puppet in London and the first APAC employee for Puppet in Australia.
These strategic hires come on the heels of months of significant momentum for Twistlock.

- Announced $33 million in Series C Funding, led by ICONIQ Capital, bringing Twistlock's total funding to $63 million
