TwentyEighty Strategy Execution and Duke Corporate Education Launch New Program in Durham, NC for Project Leaders
ARLINGTON, Va. and DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Executives recognize that projects are the lifeline of strategy. Today's more volatile and complex business environment requires faster cycle times between strategy formulation and its execution. Project leaders now require a more holistic and adaptive approach to managing projects. To help project leaders shift their mindsets, TwentyEighty Strategy Execution has launched the Adaptive Strategic Execution Program (ASEP) in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education (Duke CE) and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. It is designed to help professionals more successfully deliver their projects in an increasingly complex world.
Webinar
To support the launch of ASEP and to highlight its curriculum, we are hosting a webinar, Becoming an Adaptive Project Leader: Overcoming Project Breakdowns. Presenters from Strategy Execution and Duke CE will discuss how the ASEP courses are aligned to specific project challenges, and expand on what skills are necessary to empower leaders to better execute strategic projects.

"Disruptive technologies, new forms of competition, and more intense globalization are introducing unprecedented volatility and complexity to every industry," said Michael Chavez, Duke CE's CEO. "Our research and client feedback all point to a new reality in project-based work: to be successful, project managers have to work more adaptively, learn to navigate both internal and external complexity, and connect the work to strategy and people more fluidly."
Bob Seiler, Strategy Execution's CEO, added, "Project leaders are at the intersection of a rapidly changing external environment. They must translate strategy and then successfully direct its execution. We believe that professionals must now develop the adaptive mindset and skill set required to ensure that projects succeed. We believe the new ASEP curriculum provides a holistic and unique solution to the challenges facing project leaders today."
