Esteves, former Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Cable Inc., has been nominated to stand for election, along with the Company's six current directors, at the Company's 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders scheduled for June 5, 2014. Upon election, Ms. Esteves would become the Board's seventh member.
