LAS VEGAS, Feb. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TV star Miles "Baby Boogaloo" Brown will make his highly anticipated debut in the fourth edition of One Night for ONE DROP imagined by Cirque du Soleil® on Friday, March 18. Known for his key role as "Jack Johnson" in ABC's Blackish, Brown will tell the childhood story of this year's artistic director Hassan El Hajjami as he journeys on a quest for water in this completely original, one-night-only production. Presented by MGM Resorts International, McLaren Automotive and Zappos, One Night for ONE DROP is an annual celebration to raise funds and awareness for critical water issues worldwide.
"I've never been more excited!" said Brown. "This is my first time ever performing with Cirque du Soleil and I still can't believe that it's happening. It's a dream come true!"
"Back in Morocco, my grandmother and I had to walk for water every day because she didn't have any in her village," said El Hajjami. "When I was chosen to create this year's One Night for ONE DROP, I immediately thought of my good friend Miles and knew he would be the perfect representation of my younger self. We are grateful for his evident enthusiasm and willingness to star in this show."
