On contrary to the candidates applying, the selections of the finalists were determined by a comprehensive research which included interviews from 500 of Europe's highest level analysts and opinion leaders. Within the scope of the award organization this year, 96 companies from 21 countries were candidates for the 'Best' title.

Having been recognized as Turkey's front-runner company for best practices in investor relations, Turkcell was awarded for its success by IR Magazine being one of the most prestigious media channels of the finance world. At the award ceremony, Turkcell stood out amongst its competitors to become the "Turkey's Best" in investor relations.
