Tucan Travel Announces New Year Addition to Its Discount Scheme

LONDON, Dec. 21, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Adventure tour operator Tucan Travel has launched an automatic 5% discount on all future group adventures booked before January 31, 2011 to give a New Year's boost to clients looking to get up to 15% off group tours.

The new January special has been added to the adventure operator's existing discount scheme, which allows travellers to get as much as 15% off any group tour.

Global general manager for Tucan Travel, Bec Whiffin, said the New Year discount was a good way to introduce people to the adventure company's ongoing discount scheme.

"This special will provide a real kick-start for our clients to get the maximum 15% discount on tours. There are currently a variety of ways people can qualify for discounts when travelling with us based on different criteria. To qualify for this new discount, all clients have to do is ring up or go online and book before the end of January.

"It also gives people the chance to think about an adventure holiday in the future by giving them a real financial incentive to book now," Whiffin said.

The New Year 5% discount begins on December 24, 2010 and is valid on all group tours that are booked by January 31, 2011.

Tucan Travel's discount scheme allows clients to take advantage of up to three different 5% discount opportunities when meeting certain criteria.
