("Castillian") and Ridgemont Iron Ore Corp. ("Ridgemont") - a TSX Venture listed company, whereby Castillian has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Ridgemont at an exchange ratio of 0.593 of a Castillian common share for each Ridgemont common share. The Arrangement was approved by Ridgemont shareholders on June 24, 2013, and received final court approval on June 25, 2013.
