TORONTO, Nov. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW: VoodooVox Inc. (the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin 2012-0987 dated September 12, 2012, TSX has determined to delist the Common Shares and Debentures (Symbols: VVX and VVX.DB) of the Company at the close of market on December 12, 2012 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX.
