TSX Delisting Review - San Gold Corporation (Symbol: SGR and SGR.DB)
TORONTO, March 20, 2015 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW San Gold Corporation (the "Company") – Further to TSX Bulletin 2015-0163 dated February 25, 2015, the Common Shares and Debentures (Symbols: SGR and SGR.DB) (together, the "Securities") of the Company will now be delisted at the close of business on Monday, March 23, 2015 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of TSX. The Securities will remain suspended from trading.
It is understood that the Company's Securities will be available for trading on TSX Venture Exchange at market open on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 under the symbols "SGR" and "SGR.DB".
