TrustEngine Names Brandon Durham Vice President of Adoption and Partnerships

Mortgage technology veteran brings more than 20 years of experience driving technology adoption to make MortgageCoach an essential part of the loan officer's daily workflow

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TrustEngine, a leading incubator of solutions that build and lift conversions in the mortgage process, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Brandon Durham as its new Vice President of Adoption and Partnerships. In this newly created role, Durham will oversee initiatives to strengthen the company's customer adoption strategy, expand strategic partnerships and help lenders maximize the value of TrustEngine's technology.

Durham joins TrustEngine with more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience and a track record of helping lenders turn technology investments into everyday business practices. Having spent much of his career leading technology adoption, training and organizational change within mortgage lending organizations, he brings firsthand experience overcoming one of the industry's most persistent challenges: getting loan officers to consistently use the technology available to them.

At TrustEngine, Durham will lead the company's partnerships across the mortgage technology stack, including ICE Encompass^®, Cotality SmartFees™, Lodestar and Optimal Blue^®. These integrations bring pricing, fees, borrower data and loan details directly into MortgageCoach, reducing friction and making it easier for loan officers to incorporate personalized mortgage advice into every borrower conversation.

Durham most recently spent 11 years at Homeowners Financial Group, where he rose from Production Support Manager to Director of Training and Business Technology. As director, he oversaw a 15-platform technology ecosystem spanning loan origination, point-of-sale, CRM and productivity tools, supporting more than 300 employees and 125 sales professionals. He led technology implementation and adoption initiatives, built training and change management strategies, and managed relationships with more than 15 technology vendors. Earlier in his career, Durham held roles at Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, National Residential Mortgage and Caliber Funding.
