TrustedTPV's live operator verification utilizes an architecture that is unique in the industry.  All calls originate in our fully redundant technology center in upstate New York.  All scripts, databases, recordings and other data originate there and then are sent to one of the call centers.  Under normal circumstances, calls are shared equally between the two sites but we can alter that mix based on performance and we can do so on a client by client basis.  Most importantly, in the highly unlikely event that one call center cannot accept calls, 100% of all verification traffic is automatically routed to the other center until the issue is resolved. 

The result is a live operator TPV platform that gives energy marketers the maximum amount of redundancy, while still providing a cost effective solution.  Two call centers in two different states utilizing two different networks; both processing the same verifications.
