TruStar Energy Provides Path to Gas at Waste Expo
NEW ORLEANS, May 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TruStar Energy is working hard throughout North America to provide a clear path toward compressed natural gas [CNG]. As part of that focus, TruStar Energy will be displaying their Portable Fuel System [PFS] at the 2013 Waste Expo, held in New Orleans, LA, starting tomorrow and running through Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

"TruStar provides comprehensive choices to those fleet owners that are looking toward moving away from diesel, but want a better choice of options to suit their specific fueling strategies," said TruStar Energy President, Adam Comora.
In addition to providing design, construction and station maintenance, Comora said that TruStar's No-Cost Fuel Station Partnership offers an additional path to natural gas - with advantages to those fleets that want to preserve their capital for other uses.
"Many fleets want to take advantage of the benefits provided by CNG, but don't have the personnel or expertise to effectively operate or maintain the station. We provide them with a fueling station that is financed, operated, and maintained by TruStar, but designed specifically to suit their specific needs," said Comora, adding that this option provides fleet owners with the option of using their capital to purchase more CNG-powered vehicles to further increase their fuel savings over time.
TruStar Energy will have their PFS on display in booth 2637, which is a fully self-contained fueling station with redundant compressors – providing the ability to fuel up to 10 vehicles simultaneously – and generates 66 DGE [diesel gallon equivalent] per hour of fuel. The PFS can be delivered to a customer's location via roll off or flat bed – and be producing CNG in as little as four hours with minimal site preparation.
TruStar Energy LLC is the preferred partner for commercial fleets looking to transition their fuel supply from oil to natural gas. TruStar Energy provides a suite of solutions making the transition as simple and easy as possible for the customer. With over 40 CNG stations designed and built to date, TruStar Energy is a recognized leader in providing CNG infrastructure.
