MANILA, Philippines, Nov. 14, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Today True Green Energy Group worldwide "TGEG Canada Limited" ISIN Number CA8724191066 with CUSIP number 872419106 trading on the Deutsche Borse AG with stock symbol TGG announced that it had been awarded an exclusive license from Biosphere Development Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GEECF) for an initial period of 5 years with subsequent rollover options for further 5 to 10 year periods. The purpose of this license is to grant exclusivity for marketing, selling, leasing, and operating Biosphere process systems in the Philippines, Brazil, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Mexico, Using the Biosphere Technology.
Ronald Flynn, the Founder and C.E.O. of TGEG Canada, said, "Carbon dioxide is altering Earth's climate. Since fossil fuels are abundant and relatively cheap but emit large amounts of carbon dioxide, we must find ways to make the burning of fossil fuels less polluting. In order to reduce the effects of global climate change while still allowing for continued economic development, we need to develop alternative energy sources and increase energy efficiency."
True Green Energy Group is a promoter of world power and green technologies. The Biosphere systems solution gasifies garbage and turns it into clean green energy. True Green Energy Group and it subsidiaries are now deploying these systems to help ensure a sustainable energy future for all. The conversion of solid waste into usable energy is the ultimate money making machine. CNBC just created a show called "TRASH INC THE SECRET LIFE OF GARBAGE." The first show was entitled "A 21st Century Goldmine" as CNBC stated they were going inside a $52 billion–a-year industry.
Garbage. It's everywhere -- even in the middle of the oceans -- and it's pure gold for companies like True Green Energy Group, Voga Brazil, True Bio Electric and Spectrum Blue Steel. These companies have already started to dominate its competition by signing contracts to own and control landfill sights all over the world. Although most people don't think about it, the management of solid waste is one of the most critical issues facing municipalities throughout the world. Challenges arise every day as society tosses out more and more wastes, the number of landfills available for use continues to decline, regulations grow and the cost of providing services increases. Financially and logistically, the management of solid waste is becoming ever more difficult.
Managing society's waste is no simple task. It's not cheap either. When residents and municipalities see their garbage bills rise, they need to understand the complete and complex operation that is required to safely manage society's trash and realize the regulatory environment that affects the waste industry and contributes to rising cost of waste collection, disposal and recycling.
The bottom line is that the cost of trash collection and recycling service will continue to increase. Tough federal and state regulations governing solid waste disposal, more rigorous requirements for truck emissions, new taxes, increased labor, higher fuel and insurance costs, and more expensive equipment are just a few of the realities we face today. But even with all the additional costs, residential trash collection and recycling services are full of gold.
The present cost to deploy the entire MRF and Biosphere system is 20 Million United States Dollars. TGEG/SBS have the potential to deploy more than 1,800 Biosphere plants in the Philippines and Brazil.
The Manufacture and patent holder of the Biosphere MKV5 is the Biosphere Development Corporation who has already deployed the system in many countries to date. The facts behind the first Biosphere to be deployed in San Fernando Philippines is overwhelming and very exhilarating because of all its governmental and municipal contracts with the cities and local Mayors.
Subsequent to going public, TGEG asked for an outside evaluation firm named ValuCorp to give an evaluation of the company and what it was worth as well as the combined historical and projected financial statements along with the Actual December 31, 2009 tax return, as estimated through December 31, 2010 as projected through December 31, 2014, and the calculation of fair market value as of September 28, 2010.
ValuCorp Calculation of Fair Market Value was expresses as a single dollar amount of $5,235,215,734 and was based upon all the information provided by True Green Energy Group and Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation as well as other sources of information by Voga Brazil that ValuCorp deemed to be an appropriate analysis.
The revenue was based on the current sites in the Philippines such as San Fernando, Santa Rosa, Naga, Dumagueta, Tanjay, and Bayawan City. In addition to cities in Brazil such as Goiania, Goias, Cristalina Goias, Rio de Janeiro, Palmas and Tocantins.
TGEG has used the "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001, Republic Act No. 9136" to build a new green energy power corporation. The law (RA NO. 9136) mandates the restructuring of the electric power sector and the privatization of the National Power Corporation.
This "Green Energy Option" will empower end-users to choose renewable energy in meeting their energy requirements on the grid. Furthermore Local governments and provinces have become partners with Spectrum Blue Steel in order to expedite the Biosphere deployment in 2010. The "National Transmission Corporation" (TRANSCO) pursuant to Republic Act No. 9136 will be responsible for the planning, construction, and centralized operation and maintenance of all the high voltage transmission facilities, including grid interconnection and ancillary services.
Ronald Flynn also stated, "There's nothing glamorous about the trash business, but we demand that our business is almost guaranteed, and no one is better equipped to handle this problem. We will continue to be 20th century trash gold miners. They say that one man's trash is another man's treasure, and True Green Energy Group's crown jewels are company-owned landfill sites both in the Philippines and Brazil. Government permits for landfills are hard to come by, and these sites provide massive income."
TGEG/SBS strategy is to "de-carbonize" the electric power generation industry by shifting to non-fossil fuel-based energy sources, specifically energy-from-waste. This follows the American Energy Policy Act of 2005 which confirmed energy-from-waste is renewable, and the Philippine Renewable Energy Law (RA 9513) of the Philippines.
True Green Group Canada is a domestic corporation duly registered under the laws of Canada and holds a license to the Biosphere Technology from Global Environmental Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: GEECF.OB). Global is a fully integrated energy company whose interests include electrical power generation, oil and gas exploration and production, clean coal and waste management technologies.
