SAO PAULO, Aug. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos S.A. (TPIS3), a leading Brazilian infrastructure company, hereby announces its preliminary operational data for the first seven months of 2011.

7M11 HIGHLIGHTS

• In the first seven months of 2011, traffic volume increased by 9.0% over the same period last year, reaching 40,055,000 equivalent vehicles. Our individual concessions, Concer, Concepa and Econorte, registered year-on-year equivalent vehicle growth of 10.9%, 8.9% and 5.5%, respectively.
• In the same period, handled container volume at the port of Navegantes fell by 3.2% year-on-year to 312,107 TEUs.
• Energy generation totaled 50,667 MWh in June and 459,987 MWh year-to-date.
