SAO PAULO, Dec. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos S.A. (BM&FBovespa: TPIS3, ADR: TPIUY, Bloomberg: TPIS3 BZ), a leading Brazilian infrastructure company, hereby announces its preliminary operational data in eleven months of 2014 (11M14).

HIGHLIGHTS – 11M14

  • In eleven months of 2014, our highway concessions registered traffic of 79.2 million vehicle-equivalents, which represents an increase of 1.5% from the same period of 2013. The individual performance in the same period of our concessionaries Concer, Concepa and Econorte was traffic growth of -2.7%, 6.3% and -1.5%, respectively.
  • In eleven months of 2014, container handling decreased 0.7% from the same period in 2013 to reach 643,191 TEUs.
  • The physical guarantee sold by Rio Verde to Votener amounted to 543,484 MWh in the first eleven months of 2014 and 48,816 MWh in November. At Rio Canoas, the physical guarantee sold amounted to 386,051 MWh in the year to date and 29,564 MWh in November.
  • This year, Viracopos Airport registered 120,290 aircraft carrying 9,008,000 passengers and 206,992 tons of cargo.
