TripIt Launches New Tablet-Inspired Maps on TripIt.com

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TripIt, the leading mobile trip organizer from Concur (Nasdaq CNQR), today announced a new way to access trip maps and get directions on TripIt.com, making it easy for travelers to navigate every part of their journey - from the airport to the hotel and beyond.

Now, when travelers log onto TripIt.com, they'll have the option to view their itinerary alongside an interactive map, or select the traditional detailed view. By clicking on their hotel, airport, or other itinerary item on the map, they can get directions created instantly.

TripIt originally introduced a map-centric design on TripIt for iPad, giving travelers a way to interact with their trips geographically for the first time.
