SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 18, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Trimble (NASDAQ:TRMB) introduced today its Accubid® Enterprise Version 6 software with support for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and information technology systems (ITS) industries, delivering a complete estimating to change management workflow in a single solution.

The robust, specification-driven software uses Microsoft SQL database technology and allows contractors to leverage common data throughout the lifecycle of a project, from estimating to change management. Contractors also have the ability to interact more efficiently with vendors by obtaining up-to-date pricing and applying special project pricing based on volume quantities.
