BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., May 8, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) – a diversified manufacturer of engineered and applied products – announced today that it will hold an Investor and Analyst Day at the NASDAQ MarketSite, located at 4 Times Square in New York City, on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. ET. TriMas will also preside over NASDAQ's Closing Bell Ceremony the same afternoon.
