Tribune Media Sells Long Island Property for $54.5 Million
CHICAGO, Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Tribune Media Company (NYSE: TRCO) today announced that it has closed the sale of a 48-acre parcel of property in Long Island, New York, to Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., for $54.5 million. The property consists of a 32-acre south parcel that houses the former office and printing operations for Newsday, and a 16-acre north parcel which is available for immediate development.
