Tribune Company Releases 2012 Financial Results
CHICAGO, June 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tribune Company today released consolidated financial statements at December 30, 2012 and December 25, 2011, and for each of the three fiscal years in the period ending December 30, 2012. The statements are posted on the company's website, www.tribune.com, along with management's discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations.
Tribune's 2012 full year consolidated operating revenues were approximately $3.145 billion, up from $3.111 billion for the same period in 2011. The company's 2012 full year operating profit was approximately $396.5 million, up from $369.6 million for the same period in 2011.
Tribune expects to release financial information for the first quarter of 2013 by the end of this month.
