Tribal Worldwide Welcomes Spiro Mifsud as Head of Technology
Mifsud Will Oversee Technology Department in Agency's New York Office
NEW YORK, April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tribal Worldwide, a division of DDB Worldwide and part of Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), announced today that Spiro Mifsud is joining the agency as Head of Technology. He will be based in Tribal Worldwide's New York office. In this new position, Mifsud will assume responsibilities for oversight and management of the Tribal technical department in New York City.
Mifsud hails from mcgarrybowen New York, where he served for three years as the Director of Mobile and Emerging Technology, with clients including Chase, United Airlines, Verizon and Marriott. Previously Mifsud owned his own firm, Maker Is, which worked with Lifetime TV, Rockstar Games, and TakeTwo Interactive. Earlier in his career, Mifsud was Technology Director at Deep Focus.

Mifsud brings with him more than 10 years of experience in technology at advertising agencies, having also worked at Domani Studios, 65media, and The Cannery, on campaigns for leading brands that included Nike and HBO.
