Trevor M. Foster Has Been Recognized by Strathmore's Who's Who as Professional of the Year 2015 & 2016, Based On His Professionalism & Expertise

FARMINGDALE, N.Y., Aug. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Trevor M. Foster of Highland Village, Texas, has been recognized as Strathmore's Who's Who Professional of the Year 2015 & 2016 for his outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of Facility Maintenance and Management.

Trevor M. Foster earned his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Queensland (Australia) and holds First Class honors in electrical engineering and computer science.  He is currently associated with FM Facility Maintenance as President C-Store.  He brings more than 30 years of experience in property, facility management and building automation for commercial properties, high tech manufacturing and industrial plants.  Mr. Foster was originally associated with Johnson Controls in senior management for 20 years.  He held various operational and engineering positions in Australia, the Far East, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States.  In the Middle East, he held operational assignments as Managing Director of the Middle East, not the least of which was to restructure the operations as a result of the Gulf War in 1990.  He was the Managing Director for the United Kingdom where he was assigned to expand the operation into facilities management from 1993 to 1997.  Before joining FM Facility Maintenance, he was associated with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as Global Facilities Management Services. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Corporate Development and Executive Vice President of Facilities for EMCOR Group Inc. based in Connecticut. There, Mr. Foster established the facilities service operations which led to the profitable growth in excess of $1 Billion in North American Facilities Services activities.  With the de-regulation of the Utilities and Telecommunications industries, he developed the strategic plans, marketing and operating programs to leverage the mechanical and electrical core competencies of EMCOR into comprehensive facilities services which worked to their advantage.  Mr. Trevor is affiliated with the Building Owners Management Association and the International Facilities Management Association.
