Expertise In Customer Experience, Travel Data Bolsters Traxo Consumer & B2B Businesses
DALLAS, July 25, 2014 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Traxo announced today the addition of Rob Friedman as Chief Commercial Officer, a new executive role created to further the benefits that Traxo brings to travelers and partners using its automated itinerary management and loyalty tracking solutions. Friedman will lead Traxo's efforts enabling partners utilizing Traxo's technology to optimize their travel marketing, customer service, and operational performance by filling in the "missing" data for travelers, and enabling travelers to enjoy an organized travel experience with a seamless, intuitive user interface.
"We help our partners solve their biggest travel data challenges, whether it's open booking, travel expense integration, customer service optimization, or increasing the relevance of advertising and marketing programs. And for the travelers themselves, Traxo is the most effective way to organize their travel," said Andres Fabris, Traxo's CEO and Founder. "Rob's world-class expertise using travel data to solve major industry challenges and provide meaningful insights, together with his focus on the end-to-end customer experience, is a huge asset for Traxo and will greatly benefit both our corporate partners and our travelers."
Traxo for Business, the company's SaaS platform, enables third parties to tap into Traxo's leading itinerary aggregation and loyalty program tracking technology. Partners can simply access travel data via the Traxo API or they can license a fully hosted, turnkey aggregation platform on a white label basis using their existing brand. Partners using this technology gain unsurpassed visibility into all aspects of a traveler's upcoming itinerary regardless of where bookings have been made, enabling enhanced customer service, improved targeted marketing capability, and seamless data integration for corporate travel needs. With its existing integration to SAP's Cloud for Travel and Expense™ , Traxo significantly expands its ability to help corporations, travel management companies, and leading corporate travel booking tools to close the loop on open booking and expense integration.
"I'm thrilled to be joining such an innovative company that's so well-positioned to solve some of the largest challenges in travel," said Rob Friedman. "I've spent the majority of my career working on ways to effectively deploy technology and data to improve the experience for traveler, and the opportunity to do that in creative new ways here at Traxo directly and for our corporate partners is really exciting."
Mr. Friedman served most recently as Vice President of Marketing for American Airlines, where he led the transformation of American's brand, products and services as the company embarked upon unprecedented customer experience and brand modernization initiatives. In his nearly 25 years with the airline, his other roles spanned leadership positions in the AAdvantage™ Loyalty Program, Interactive Marketing/AA.com and other marketing and operations divisions.
